1 . Shipping & customs duty information

Dispatch:

Seller could dispatch the goods during 5-10 day after order confirmation. If the seller did not dispatch the goods within 5 business days, you may feel free to contact us for help.

2. According to the Russian Federal Customs Office legislation the monthly duty free limit is set for all b2c parcels. If the limit is exceeded a fee must be paid. In Russia only recipient can pay this fee. Monthly limit: 1000 EURO/month or 31 kg/month. If a recipient exceeds the value limit: the fee is 30% of the value. If a recipient exceeds the weight limit: the fee is 4 EURO/kg.
S.F. Economy Express S.F. Economy Express is an economical express service tailored for customers’ non-urgent shipments with more favorable price than Standard Express. Door to door delivery across Russia.
* If home delivery fails twice, the shipment will be delivered to the local post office of destination for self-pickup by customer.
10-14 days – Major cities;

2. Weight restriction on individual shipments: 30KG
3. Shipment number restriction: 1 piece for 1 AWB, don't accept multiple pieces shipment.
4. Value restriction on individual shipments: None
5. Recipient’s national ID is not required.
S.F. Standard Express S.F. Standard Express is a cost-effective and fast international express service. Door to door delivery across Russia

Registered Mail SF Registered Mail is a high quality delivery service that delivers parcels less than 2KG for cross border e-commerce customers. Deliver across Russia.
Registered Mail do not provide door to door shipping, the shipment will be delivered to the local post office of destination for self-pickup by customer.
15-35 days The tracking information is available online on the website www.sf-express.com/ru/ru and dpd.ru as well as at Intmall.com 1. Recipient’s national ID is not required.

Notes:

* Standard days of transmit time refer to working days, excluding pick-up day, weekends, festivals and holidays.

* The above transmit time and service time for delivery refers to the local time of countries of destination.

* The transit time standard is not subject to formal customs declaration or uncontrollable factors such as detention of shipments and inspection by the customs.

* The estimated delivery time is quoted by carrier, it may few days delayed during rush season, such as Christmas, New Year etc.

Shipping Fees:

All the products on Intmall.com are free shipping globally. We provide multi deliver options so that you can choose another better shipping method than the default. Please note, that in this situation you need to pay for a little extra shipment fees. Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the weight, size and volume basis.

Customs & import duty:

  • For customs clearance of your items personal information including full name, ID number, Date of issue ID etc. need to be provided to the Federal Customs Service of Russia. Personal information is not stored on Web-server of the Company and is available only to the logistic company.

  • Please note that the Russia's international express delivery items exempted from customs payments are used to send personal goods within one calendar month to one recipient being a private person located in the customs territory of the Customs Union which customs value does not exceed 1000 EUR and the total weight is not more than 31 kilograms. At exceeding the mentioned values the customs duties, taxes are paid at the single rate of 30% of their customs value, but no less than 4 EUR per 1 kilogram of weight in case of exceeding the value limit of 1000 EUR and/or the weight limit of 31 kilogram. In such case the submission of additional declaration to the customs bodies is not required. The customs duties, taxes are paid in a post office at mail receiving.

  • Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery which is due to unforeseen circumstances, or to causes beyond its control, including, without limitation delays during customs clearance.

  How can I trace the parcel?

You can trace the parcel in your Intmall account in "My orders" or at http://www.sf-express.com/ru/ru/.

 How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. You can check your order status online.

 I ordered multiple items, but I only receive 1, where are my other items?

If you ordered from multiple sellers in one order then you will receive your order in separate parcels. If you ordered all the items from the same seller and still find some items missing in your parcel then please contact us and we will investigate the matter for you right away.

 Can I prearrange the date I want to get the delivery?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate scheduling of deliveries.

 Can I cancel my order or change shipping address after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation or changing shipping address once the order has been placed. If you just don't want the product when you receive, you can choose to return. More details please visit the Return & Replacement Policy.
